Harmony Helping Hands
Caring is our DNA!
HHH is a for-purpose organisation providing high quality services to support people with disabilities, their families and carers.
“Empowering Lives with Personalized NDIS services”

We are a Registered NDIS Provider
We provide high-quality, reliable, and personalised NDIS support for our clients.
At Harmony Helping Hands, we’re more than just an NDIS service provider – we’re your partners in
turning aspirations into reality. Whether you’re working towards mastering daily living skills or
aiming to connect more deeply with your community, our dedicated team is here to support you at
every step.
NDIS Disability Support
Helping People Grow. Lightening the Load.
We are a registered NDIS provider supporting individuals across the Top End of the Northern Territory. At Harmony Helping Hands, we provide support that fits each person, whether it’s daily help, building skills, or finding ways to connect with the community.
We take the time to understand each participant’s goals and support them at their own pace.

Our Goal
We support NDIS participants to build skills, become more independent, and live better lives. As they improve, their need for daily support reduces, saving costs for the NDIS and taxpayers.
Our Message
“We help people become more independent, so there’s less reliance on families, the system, and taxpayers.”
Every individual is different; some will require long-term/permanent care, and that progress takes a unique form for each person. We’re here for the full journey, whether that means steady growth or consistent support that brings peace of mind.
About Us
Caring support. Local team. Real outcomes.
Harmony Helping Hands is a locally owned and operated NDIS provider, proudly based in Darwin and supporting participants across regional and remote parts of the Northern Territory.
People with lived experience run us; our Managing Director and team have spent years living and working in some of the most remote communities in the Northern Territory. This provides us with a profound understanding of what culturally appropriate, respectful, and flexible support truly entails.
We believe in walking alongside participants, not ahead of them. Whether it’s learning daily life skills, staying connected to community, or receiving day-to-day care, we’re here to provide support that fits, delivered by a team that genuinely understands the people we serve.
We’re also authorised to implement restrictive practices where needed, following strict guidelines and behaviour support plans to ensure safety and wellbeing at all times.

Harmony Helping Hands
Growth.
Local Presence: As a locally owned and operated company, HHH’s focus on Northern Territory regions, such as Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, and Top End Remote Communities, builds strong community ties. With word-of-mouth recommendations and satisfied clients, HHH can expand its reach and attract more NDIS participants.
Diverse Service Offering: By offering a wide array of NDIS services, including Respite Accommodation, Supported Independent Living, and Community Participation, HHH can meet the needs of diverse clients. This comprehensive support will lead to more referrals from healthcare professionals and agencies, ultimately growing its client base.

By focusing on helping clients improve daily living skills and participate in community events, HHH contributes to a more inclusive and supportive society. This strong community involvement will result in growing goodwill and increased demand for services.

This commitment to values attracts individuals and families who are looking for a provider that truly cares about its clients.
